Spiral Concentrator is a device used to concentrate industrial materials and low-grade ores in slurry form. To properly function, it combines solid particle density with hydrodynamic dragging properties. With the help of a Spiral Concentrator, - a modern device with a high capacity – TH Re-MINING performs a concentration of low-grade ores and light particle (coal) spirals. This way we're able to offer a sustained recovery of heavy minerals within the size range of 3 mm down to 75 microns. During separation, Spiral Separator flows the slurry onto the spiral surface, which later allows for the mineral grains to settle and sort according to gravity, size, and shape. Depending on the purity of the desired product, we separate the slurry at the bottom into concentrate, middlings, and tailings.
